Gartner considers the large enterprise UC market to be mature, though product capabilities, market focus and vendor strengths vary. As a result, enterprises should carefully match their own priorities to vendor strengths before committing to a solution.

Today, when i was trying to create new Database in existing Exchange 2010 server and attempting to mount an Exchange 2010 mailbox database throws the error: “Couldn't mount the database that you specified. Specified database: DatabaseName - Light; Error code: An Active Manager operation failed. Error: The database action failed. Error: Operation failed with message: MapiExceptionTooManyMountedDatabases: Unable to mount database. (hr=0x8004060e, ec=-2147219954)”
first though, if the Exchange Server is Standard version we can not create more than 5 Database, when i checked on my Exchange 2010 server, it was showing Enterprise edition.
Situation was tough for me because i have to have create the new Database and move the mailbox on that. i did all R&D and checked on blogs etc. but no luck.
Finally i simply tried to re-enter the license key on Exchange Server and tried to mount Database, it got mount.
I do not know why re-entering the license key works, even it was showing Enterprise edition.
Hope this will help you guys.
