The Mailbox Replication Service was unable to connect to the remote server

We have a hybrid deployment of Microsoft Exchange Online in Microsoft Office 365 and our on-premises Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 SP3 environment. When i tried to run batch for move mailboxes to Office 365, receive the following error message:

" The Mailbox Replication Service was unable to connect to the remote server using the credentials provided....."


Solution:

when i checked on user account status which i was using to move mailboxes with help of  command
"NET USER username /domain" administrator account was locked.

Run the command to unlock the user account
"Net user loginid /ACTIVE:YES  /domain"

Once user's account is active mailboxes move batch run smoothly.
